1st European Police Cup in Practical Shooting (I.P.S.C.)

Corinth is preparing to host a high-level international event that brings together sport, fair play, and the spirit of cooperation among Europe’s police forces.
From 30 October to 2 November 2025, the city will welcome the 1st European Police Cup in Practical Shooting (I.P.S.C.), featuring over 140 athletes from 12 European countries.

The event is organized by the Hellenic Police Athletic Association, in co-organization with the Municipality of Corinth and the Region of Peloponnese, under the auspices of the Hellenic Police, the General Secretariat of Sports, and the European Police Sports Union (U.S.P.E.).

A competition that unites and promotes our city

The Mayor of Corinth, Nikos Stavrelis, stated:

“The Municipality of Corinth actively supports initiatives that highlight sports, enhance the outward-looking spirit of our region, and create bonds of friendship among nations.
We are confident that this Cup will become a lasting institution in the years to come.”

An event of European significance

Athletes from England, Bulgaria, France, Greece, Estonia, Spain, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Lithuania will compete in Corinth, representing elite police units from across Europe.

The presence of distinguished international officials further underlines the prestige of the event:

• Mr. Vitaly Kryuchin, President of the International Practical Shooting Confederation (I.P.S.C.)
