Sophocles’ Antigone Comes to Sofiko
The Cultural Routes 2026 programme continues on Monday, 3 August, with Sophocles’ Antigone, directed by Themis Moumoulidis, at the “Athanasios Tousoulis” Open-Air Theatre in Sofiko.
One of the most celebrated works of ancient Greek tragedy returns to the stage in a remarkable production, offering audiences the opportunity to experience a timeless masterpiece in a venue that has become a landmark for summer cultural events in the Municipality of Corinth.
Beyond the performance, a visit to Sofiko offers the chance to discover one of the Municipality’s most distinctive inland destinations.
