SEA DAYS 2026 | FULL EVENT PROGRAMME
Nine days of events in Corinth, from 24 August to 1 September
“Sea Days” return for the third consecutive year, bringing a vibrant end-of-summer rhythm to Corinth. From Monday 24 August to Tuesday 1 September, music, theatre, visual arts, sports and activities for all ages meet the sea across different locations throughout the Municipality of Corinth.
The Port of Corinth, Kalamia Beach, Ieratiki Beach, the city centre, Ancient Corinth and the small harbour of Assos host this year’s programme. Concerts, White Night, the Night Sea Run, creative workshops and local celebrations create nine days of experiences for residents and visitors alike.
For those visiting Corinth during these days, “Thalassines Imeres” offer another way to discover the destination — from an evening stroll along the waterfront and Kalamia Beach to Ancient Corinth and the Municipality’s seaside communities.
Monday 24 August | Camerata Junior
“Sea Days” open at 21:00 at the Port of Corinth with Camerata Junior – the Friends of Music Youth Orchestra.
Under the musical direction of Nikos Haliassas, with Giancarlo Palena on bandoneon and Dimitris Soukaras on guitar, the Friends of Music Youth Orchestra opens the nine-day programme by the sea.

Tuesday 25 August | Painting Exhibition & Creative Workshops
On the second day, the programme moves to Kalamia Beach for a painting exhibition and creative workshops, with the participation of the “Alkyonides” Association of Literature and Art and local organisations.

Wednesday 26 August | Fitness by the Sea
Ieratiki Beach hosts an evening dedicated to movement and wellbeing.

Thursday 27 August | Helena Paparizou
One of the leading names of the Greek pop scene comes to Corinth. Helena Paparizou takes the stage at the city’s port for the major concert of this year’s “Sea Days”.
With a career filled with major hits and international recognition, Greece’s only Eurovision winner takes the stage for a memorable summer evening on Corinth’s waterfront.

Friday 28 August | White Night
On Friday evening, the celebrations move into the centre of Corinth. White Night returns in collaboration with the Corinth Trade Association, with shops staying open and music and activities filling the city’s shopping streets.
It is an opportunity to stroll through the city centre, discover the local market and experience Corinth in a different summer atmosphere.

Saturday 29 August | “To Vals ton Oneiron”
“Sea Days” meet Ancient Corinth with the musical performance “To Vals ton Oneiron” (“The Waltz of Dreams”), dedicated to songs featuring lyrics by Alkis Alkaios.
The performance features Violeta Ikari, Dimitris Bakolis, Marianna Katsimicha and Michalis Atsalis.

Sunday 30 August | Night Sea Run & United Tour
Sunday begins at Kalamia Beach with the 2nd Night Sea Run at 19:30, followed by live music at 21:00.
United Tour brings Nikos Michas and Goin’ Through to the beach, together with Last Suspects, for an evening moving from rock to the Greek hip-hop scene.

Monday 31 August | Sardine Festival
The Sardine Festival returns to the small harbour of Assos for an evening celebrating local tradition and the area’s connection with the sea.
The evening features Makis Psaradellis and the choirs of the Municipality of Corinth’s Open Care Centres for the Elderly (KAPI).

Tuesday 1 September | Cultural Associations & Giagkinides
The nine-day celebration concludes at the Port of Corinth. Cultural associations from across the Municipality present traditional dances from all over Greece, followed by Giagkinides, bringing rebetiko and classic Greek folk music into the present day.
