Corinth recently attracted international media attention in the context of a special feature by EnVols, the official magazine of Air France, dedicated to locations across Greece connected with the filming of the new cinematic production “Odyssey.”

On May 17, the Municipality of Corinth welcomed a French press delegation for a series of visits and guided tours at Ancient Corinth and Acrocorinth, offering journalists the opportunity to experience firsthand the historical and cultural identity of the area.

Ancient Corinth and Acrocorinth are among the historic locations associated with the filming of the new production, further strengthening the international visibility of the region and highlighting its enduring significance as a destination of history, culture and cinematic interest.

Through this important media feature, the landscapes, monuments and cultural heritage of Corinth are introduced to the French market and a wider international audience, reinforcing the region’s growing presence within the fields of cultural and experiential tourism.

The initiative was carried out in collaboration with the Region of Peloponnese and Visit Peloponnese, as part of the international press trip organised to promote the Peloponnese and Greece’s film-related destinations.
